Faced with a challenging retail environment, Wine Rack needed to significantly expand its customer base and drive greater conversion across its in store and digital properties.  With a consumer-centric mindset and armed with business strategy and data insights, Arterra’s In-House Creative team developed a best in class creative and content strategy that delivered business impact across all platforms, both paid and organic.

In addition to content and creative, we developed and executed two strategic partnerships with Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats, which brought in a new consumer base and had a significant impact to its total revenues. We also delivered over 15  brand sponsorships programs for Wine Rack, both  in store and online, expanding brand awareness and driving revenues.

In store POS creative solutions are designed to enhance the shopping experience by providing attractive and interactive features. This can include displays, kiosks, necktags, wobblers and gift cards and are aimed at supporting revenue, customer engagement and repeat purchase.

Brand sponsorship programs support the drive for incremental revenue, both in store and online. We delievered over 30 programs throug Wine Rack, notably with Dairy Milk, BoomChickaPop, Shiseido, Canada Games and many more

The 2022 Holiday Wine Rack campaign


During the holiday season, consumers are more likely to purchase food and drink, making it a pivotal time for wine companies to capitalize on this increased demand. By offering a variety of products, promotions, a variety of engagement opportunities, and by leveraging our own data and insights,  we could tailor our marketing efforts to better meet the needs and preferences of Wine Rack's target audience.


Wine Rack's multi-platform program was a resounding success, driving increases in both brand awareness and demand across e-commerce and in-store platforms. Working in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager, we developed a robust program that was delivered across multiple channels and platforms and utilized our restaurant partners.
