Faced with a challenging retail environment, Wine Rack needed to significantly expand its customer base and drive greater conversion across its in store and digital properties. In addition to content and creative, we developed and executed two strategic partnerships with Skip the Dishes and Uber Eats, which brought in a new consumer base and had a significant impact to its total revenues. We also delivered over 15 brand sponsorships programs for Wine Rack, both in store and online, expanding brand awareness and driving revenues.

In store POS creative solutions are designed to enhance the shopping experience by providing attractive and interactive features. This can include displays, kiosks, necktags, wobblers and gift cards and are aimed at supporting revenue, customer engagement and repeat purchase.

The 2022 Holiday Wine Rack campaign
During the holiday season, consumers are more likely to purchase food and drink, making it a pivotal time for wine companies to capitalize on this increased demand. By offering a variety of products, promotions, a variety of engagement opportunities, and by leveraging our own data and insights, we could tailor our marketing efforts to better meet the needs and preferences of Wine Rack's target audience.
Wine Rack's multi-platform program was a resounding success, driving increases in both brand awareness and demand across e-commerce and in-store platforms. Working in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager, we developed a robust program that was delivered across multiple channels and platforms and utilized our restaurant partners.
Campaign Results
Website: Overall traffic increased by 38%; Basket size increased by 62%; Increased revenue by 9%
CRM: Increased total transactions by 29% with 5% growth in subscribers
Paid + Social Media: Conversion ads in this campaign drove significant revenue to both online and in store channels.
Contest: Wine Rack's 12 day holiday gift card giveaway drove 9% growth
Radio: We wrote and produced Wine Rack's first radio ad in almost a decade. Across the 100 stores in the vicinity of the ads, radio accounted for an additional revenue, a 2.0% increase in Basket Size and 1.9% increase in Sales
